I am thankful for spiritual intercession.
I can’t explain the power of having people behind the scenes covering you in prayer. I enjoy praying for those around me. There is a connection to the Father and to that person that I receive that is unexplainable. Through intercession you can do a service for those who might be living silently in their trials.
I know that there is a team of people out there keeping me covered. I know because miracles have happened in my life. Things that absolutely make no sense, of prayers that I only shared with the Father; through other people, He brought those things to fruition. Discernment is an amazing gift and when God brings something to your spirit or through a vision or a dream and it seems too “odd” to blame it on the “pizza you ate” you better take that thing to prayer and start interceding for that person. You never know how you will be used in the life of someone you know or someone you’ve never met.
I have cried many tears thanking God for some of the people who have just “thought” about me for “some reason” or called me, or encouraged me or helped me when I was secretly hurting. No one can do that but Him. So allow Him to use you to be a vessel.
Stop being mean hearted.
Stop ignoring what God is asking you to do.
Stop being afraid and just open your mouth and talk to Him.
Pray for your sister.
Pray for your brother.
Pray for their families.
Pray for the church.
The President.
Your boss.
Your coworkers.
Lay your heart down, put yourself out there, and rejoice that it's already done! :)
All my love,
Caneeka

One of the most valuable lessons that I've learned recently is that prayer doesn't change God, it changes me. I can't change God's will through prayer, but prayer changes my heart so that my will becomes more like His.
Absolutely sis! I find that my heart, mind, spirit are more peaceful in prayer. I'm not as anxious, I'm not as fearful, I'm not as jaded about some of the curve balls thrown my way but instead I'm exactly where I need to be, in the right space in time, to receive all that He has for me as I seek His face and heart through prayer. :)
